I just watched Bachmann's announcement. She spent 80% of her time ranting about Obamacare and how it was making Ben Franklin spin in his grave (interesting that she references Franklin, one of the least religious of the founders...). Couldn't pronounce "poignant" and obviously hadn't read through her speech prior to giving it as she couldn't put emphasis on the right syllables in more than 3 or 4 sentences.
