The gentleman in 207 apparently was "fit" enough to live on his own. While talking to him I was wondering how he physically paid his rent and where he got his food and things like that. There are no real grocery stores in this area. In my state, people that receive disability money can designate someone to receive their money, so I also was wondering if this man does that with the owner of the building or something. To me though, the saddest thing about people like this is that the general population really does not understand how many people there are like this out there. And this guy is probably one of the more functional people.
