It's already happening/ed Pat. Haven't you heard about global warming? Actually, the winters create a nice change of pace but for my purposes they can be about one month longer than I'd like.
Rush hours with snow can be a big headache for those who need to commute at peak times but that's where conservative talk radio can play such an important role. Simply use that time to open your mind and take in all the finer points of being a conservative.
Also, remind your friend to dress in layers and that if they're ever in need of an ice scraper for their windshield, a credit card works just fine.
