Just like the Dems DID when they were in power, and just like they do in every state. This is the way it has always been. The "procedure" argument is a smoke screen as well. This is the same procedure that is always followed.

This is so similar to the recall thing. Democrats love to talk about the LAW and PROCEDURE but they get all up in arms when they are not in power and the other party uses the same tactics they do.

Every one of these people should be bounced out of office. I think it is time for a recall election in Texas.
