Last night I watched We Need To Talk About Kevin. It is one of those films where you wonder why it was ever made because it is so well done that you wish you never had watched in the first place and something you will never be able to forget or would want to watch again. The actor who played Kevin was remarkable. He captured exactly what he was supposed to. This film is about the parents of a sociopath son who, well, goes onto to bloom into a full bore sociopath and what it means later. Very, very disturbing film. The great John C. Reilly is in it (another John Hawkes type) and Tilda Swinton. Another thing that makes this film so disturbing is that in America, we see this type of thing happen over and over again.
