Alyssa is going to an evening on the green in Kings Park this afternoon/evening. it's a beautiful outdoor park venue and the line-up isn't half bad either - the headline act is Bernard Fanning (former lead singer of Powderfinger), supported by Tex Perkins and the Cruel Sea, Bob Evans (AKA Kevin Mitchell from Jebediah), Sarah Blasko and Band of Frequencies. Wish I could go, but we are going to Perth next weekend to see Boy and Bear. At 1000 km per trip not to mention accommodation and other costs, it would have been a bit much two weeks in a row.

I can hear SJL saying "What a pussy" given he is paying to see three Springsteen shows, but we have other priorities - our war history museum and buying new items for display.
