If I lived in Cali (and believe me that'll NVER happen) I'd vote for Peter Ueberoth (sp).
That state needs someone with some fiscal integrity. He was responsible for the exploding popularity of Major League Baseball before greed ruined it. He also ran the 1984 Olympics in LA and they made a profit!!
