Saw Al live the other night at the Kent Stage in Kent OH. What a great
show! He's an entertainer and a musician in one - which isn't always the
case. He was joined onstage by a chap named Dave Nachmanoff on guitar who
fit nicely in Al's side pocket. Al was witty and connected well with the
crowd. And his voice is apparently timeless. Dave noodled a bit much but
filled in the instrumentation from Al's albums well with just the guitar. He's doing a couple "classic album" shows at the Royal Albert in April. If
I were in London - I'd be in line now.Catch him if you can. This vid was shot less than a year ago -
