To me the ones that would benefit the most from the minimum wage going
up
would be teenagers and young adults. I would not think it would include
single mothers on Welfare but that seems to be what this article is about.
It's human nature to if being given assistance be resistant to change.

not talking about the people that out and out game the system but people
just trying to survive. Even honest people can fall into the trap.
Take me, if given the chance I would take the cash and play video games
