Re: David & David to record new album
When I first read about this I too was giddy with excitement and expectation.
Hell, even their Facebook site seemed to be genuinely behind this project.
But then, the excitement and expectation quickly dissolved into doubt and
skepticism. We've all been here long enough to know how things like this
generally turn out;
1) Project announcement 2) Updates3) Fewer updates4) DisappointmentI can think of a few examples;New music with orchestraA couple of collaborations w/other artistsDavid + David re-recording Boomtown in HawaiiNew music (soundtrack for Sean Pen flick)New music w/Bernie Taupin Oh well.Fool me once, shame on you.
