I don't know if I would tell her to dumb it down. I hate thinking that the way to most American's hearts and minds is to seem a little stupid. Her advantage, I hope, would be she seems more intelligent and level headed than Trump...and let's face it all you have to do is be just a little north of a professional wrestler to do that.

Her major weakness, and she has had voice and speech coaches working with her for some time on this, is it seems pretty difficult for her to seem genuine and dare I say...believable. Even when she is saying something that is 100% accurate..."Water is wet."...people begin to doubt it. This is why Republicans play up her dishonesty so much...sure, she is dishonest...but even when she is being truthful she sounds like Jon Lovitz compulsive liar character.

Each party seems to have been determined or doomed to run the worst of their party this cycle...so I guess America gets to decide which stink they feel they can most tolerate for the next 4 years.

Who knows what Trump will do or say...he may insult her but when he does that to women he seems to come out on the losing end of those battles. He can beat her up as a hack politician, he can say stuff about her failings in the positions she has held, and he can attack her dishonesty...but he would be headed in the wrong direction if he attacks her just for being a woman.

I think this could be a very weird showdown.
