This is a terrible myth. A terrible one. The results of a black president has only illuminated something that has always been here. It is entirely bullshit that Obama has divided this country. This country has always been divided. Really, go back over the past eight years and really examine this country's reaction to a black president from day one. It has been utterly shameful and disgraceful. Look at the hubris of the expression of racism our political "leaders" have shown this man from the day he was elected. Let's just look at the most obvious example - birtherism and the attempt to define Obama as not one of us.So cut the myth building of Obama is responsible for this divide that has always been here.
