Let's start with the obvious problem of your logic. While yes, It is proven now that the evidence is all there, it has also been proven that Loretta Lynch and James Comey (IRS is implicated here too) would never prosecute it in order to save their jobs and they would definately never do it if Hillary was President.

But now she won't be president but that doesn't mean that these crimes will go away or cannot be prosecuted and Trump can replace both Comey and Lynch and then we can see some real Justice.

The Clinton Foundation is the biggest problem and if they (Clintons) want to maintain their "non profit" 501(c)(3) foundation that has been enriching themselves and the history of it, and are sure that there were no shenanigans...well then, let's let them defend those crimes without the power of the presidency protecting them...and do it just like any of us.
