Senator Tim Scott. White America simply cannot relate to this. And I'm guessing that the vast majority of us
are thoroughly ignorant of the daily indignities experienced by our fellow citizens. This is not to cast
aspersions against all members of law enforcement, but we surely have a problem that must be recognized
