I also had it on my list and just watched it ;-)
And you are right it really should be right up EEE's alley, as it is dealing with police and morality in a very profound way... As one review I read afterwards mentioned: "the film reveals itself to be the rare police drama to mount a defense of rules, limitations, procedures, and protocol" . That is very true.

Also this is a movie that would loose a lot by being dubbed, because the aural experience and the intense acting is so precise and essential to the whole. It really is a movie that is best watched through the use of a good pair of headphones and concentration in order to really be immersed...
