Lindsey keeps referring to this woman as one of our greatest legal minds...

And I just want to throw this out there, I don't think she is. When asked by Republican Ben Sasse about the 5 freedoms in the first amendment and essentially why they are there, she can't name them all (some serious irony in these times on the one she missed) and she seems mostly lost on why they are in there and why they would put them there. Now, my argument here is not that everybody needs to be able to rattle an answer like this off but a Supreme Court Justice should be able to do it in their sleep and have an ability to provide an extensive response. We do get a cute giggle from Ms. Barrett though. Honestly, I have to say this is not the response I would attribute to a "great legal mind" but something more akin to...well...ah...someone that probably should not be nominated to the Supreme Court or probably should not be a justice at any level. Can you imagine the Notorious RBG swinging and missing on this softball? I can't. If we want humor though can you imagine what Donald Trump's answer to this question would be?
