There are a few points that need to made, that I think will fall beneath the radar with the focus being on Rudy touching his joint.

But here is a brief description:

An attractive EASTERN BLOC reporter (in the flick, she is Borat's daughter and she is supposed to be a gift to make Trump friendly to Borat's country) sets up what appears to be a legitimate interview of Guiliani in a hotel room. 

She is openly flirting with him and asking legitimate questions.  She also keeps doing things like touching his thigh and so on.  Rudy is also drinking straight booze. 

This interview happened on July 7 of this year.  Rudy then tells her that China MANUFACTURED COVID-19 and purposely infected the US.

Borat in disguise then interrupts the interview with Rudy not recognizing him and the woman then usheres Borat out of the room and when she returns she tells Rudy they need to continue in the bedroom and there might be an issue with the mic. 

Oh, I also left out that Rudy is also touching this woman and not in a non-sexual way. 

Rudy plops down on the bed and then starts rearranging his shirt/genitalia so on. 

Now here is the thing - it is clear as a bell Rudy thinks he is getting laid.  There is no doubt. None.  But Borat bursts in and interrupts them again.

The points I want to make are that I don't know what is scarier - Rudy's immorality or his declaration of how China manufactured this virus and let it out on purpose.

The second one is I have no idea the defense or excuses the right will make for Rudy's sexual behavior, but I will bet one of them will be how this "actor" exploited Rudy and took advantage of him.  When this is done, it needs to be reminded that every time some woman is raped by an athlete or a Harvey Weinstein in a hotel room or suite invariably those on the right will declare how that woman KNEW exactly what a man wants when inviting a woman to a hotel room.   So Rudy is no victim here....he truly was a willing participant and got nabbed for it.
