Icon FOX News lawyers claim in court they are not doing news...

They say people like Carlson, Hannity, Ingraham etc, are doing "entertainment. That no reasonable person would watch their shows expecting "facts" but rather exaggerations, opinions, and speculation...in other words, bullshit.

Obviously the confusion lies with the fact that they use the "breaking news" header all the time on a station called FOX News...leaving people thinking that they are watching something factual and newsworthy.

I think they should not be allowed to do that and I mean at least have something on the screen that warns people "This is not a news show and does not attempt to present facts nor the truth, the opinions expressed are those of the personalities hosting the shows and are for entertainment purposes only."

Of course they would never agree to that and the FOX lawyers claim that if people actually believe what they hear on those shows that's their problem not the shows or the hosts or the networks problem. In other words, FOX News lawyers believe the people that watch FOX News are idiots.
