Work has kept me away for a while but I have a few thoughts to share.

Biden and all Democrats should loudly, enthusiastically, and endlessly trumpet the infrastructure bill, making it clear what its contents mean for Americans and their communities. Drum it into our heads goddammit! And he should remind us how the GOP almost eliminated the Affordable Care Act, and they'd love another swipe at it. Hammer us with this, Joe, and be a bit loud when you do.

And he should read John McWhorter's outstanding new book, "Woke Racism: How A New Religion Has Betrayed Black America" and while not addressing CRT directly, he should address the innumerable nutty things going on among the woke folk in America. Dems cannot be seen as the anti-cop, crazy educational policy, out of step with mainstream America (even if some on the far-left clearly are). By all means, call out racism wherever it's found, and focus our nation's attention on the feral Trumpers who pine for another crack at destroying our democracy, not to mention the voter suppression efforts of the GOP. And stay awake when you're on public display!
