I am among the frustrated Democrats that are so disgusted by the inability of Democrats to capitalize nationwide as a party and to win elections as they should be.  To me, the simple way to move forward is this:

Create policies and legislation that sincerely and truly is about PEOPLE.  That is all it takes.  Every day normal people, regardless of race, gender, religion, or all else that separates us as individuals, have more in common than what devices us (most of us anyway - I'm not talking about these Qanon or crazy fucks out there, but normal people).

I believe that if you craft a part that truly is geared toward the interests of people, other things will follow.

And after watching the videos on Youtube by Mark Latia on the Soft White Underbelly channel, especially the subgroup of Appalachian people, if Democrats would learn how to talk to those folks in a sincere manner, that would be a start (and to so does not necessitate pandering or falling into the identity politics crap, either).

See, it's simple at the basic level - people want good decent lives for good decent work and behavior.  They want decent homes, decent food and water and to live lives that matter and not be ridiculed or pandered to about it. 

Give people a path to this, or at least a sincere attempt at it, and they will come home.
