what would you do with it EEE?
imagine you were down to your last few years or months or weeks...and you were a rock star and had all this now useless shit of a portfolio of copyrighted songs once you snuffed it...if you were Clapton or McCartney or Dylan or whoever and you are able to make one last gesture with it all...wouldnt you put it in a trust or fund so that starving children the world over would have a meal every day...isn't that what it all really boils down to more than a musical legacy...rock music isn't like classical...in 200 years time Hendrix wont mean a shit to anyone nor the Beatles nor god 'elp us bleeding' Bruce Springsteen...puffing his chest out and punching the air with a Telecaster shouting hoarsely that he was born in the USA...but if they did something philanthropic with it...wouldnt it be great...
