Trump is babbling that crap to a Mar-a-Lago crowd in Florida. It is highly questionable if there is anybody sane in that room. Florida is a state that is wildly insane in many ways. It is full of cranks and wackos and rich douchebags. None of those freaks would shout down Trump. They aspire to be as big a douchebag as he is. 

Don't take that as a snapshot of the United States though, most of us know what a clown Trump is and do not have an interest in being that kind of twat. The man is a magnet for scum and losers though so if you are in his orbit you probably are a pile of shit.
