I am not sure where to start. I mean, I welcome your input here and would like to have a back and forth and get to ask you some questions.

Mostly, to me I do want to understand how you are seeing things in the world because from my point of view I think you are not seeing reality nor anything close to it. So, I am curious what brings you to the conclusions you seem to be drawing.

Also, I have said many times here that what it will take to get our country back on track will be Republicans coming around to help get us there. So, I do think what you think is important and how you vote is far more important than my vote. So, if you want to talk, I will listen but I will also ask questions. I will also happily answer questions you have for me. I am into the whole exchange of ideas thing.

But I have to say, I am also into reality...not beliefs or opinions...reality, facts, and truth. For a discussion to work we have to agree on what is real. That should be common ground.

I don't hate people for their political beliefs or party affiliations. Not at all and never have. So, I hold nothing against you for that and I don't call you a hillbilly or redneck nor anything like that.

I think there is a frustration level when people are so far apart on what is a simple fact. This makes people angry and upset and does cause them to give up. I think we have to start by getting around that. Let's first agree on some things we both see as true and factual. I'm not some blind supporter of either side so it is not like I am unwilling to be critical of Obama or Clinton or whomever. So, if you are going to claim that I am blinded by "leftist propaganda" that is a major error.

Also, not sure with how you worded it but if you are claiming Putin is a leftist, this is also an error. Putin is simply a violent dictator that is detached from reality, based on his own words, and is the richest man on the planet. Which is why Trump and many other Republicans love Putin. That's not a difficult thing to figure out. So, I would think we could agree on that.

Also, when you claim that "conservatives" are not allowed to talk online anymore, I think this a falsehood of epic proportions on more than one front. First, I think it is hard to find a 'conservative" these days and they are not the ones that seem to be having some issues online. Second, everybody gets to talk all they want online these days, there are two things that some companies are trying to crack down on through. First, anything that appears to be intentionally fomenting violence and violent activities or might have deadly consequences and second, blatant lies relating to the Covid pandemic...which essentially falls right in with speech that can have deadly consequences.

They are not checking anybody's political affiliation when they remove those type of comments, I can have my comments removed as easily as a supposed "conservative" as what applies here is that free speech does not include yelling fire, when there is no fire, in a crowded theater.

Now, I personally don't have an issue with people that want to spread Covid misinformation as I find that to be dangerous, but it likely falls under the umbrella of natural selection. If you are a person that listens to Joe Rogan to make determinations on how you will deal with Covid, well, you are asking for whatever happens to you. Smart people are not going to go to Joe Rogan or FOX News for medical advice.

I realize we should feel obligated to take care of those that are less intelligent and that these people have extended the Covid event for us, so it is unfair to the rest of us but...you can't force people to take care of themselves nor to get them to participate in caring for others.

So, I would like to have a conversation with you, but it would need to be an open back and forth and we both have to respond to the other's questions. I offer my hand and will not call you names but it needs to be a conversation, not an opportunity to rant.
