Thanks Dan. Wow, 25 years, where does the time go? I well remember our first meeting at my office (how I loved that office before my supervisor relocated me to a much smaller space) in the Martinsburg VA. As I recall you brought some music for me, some DB live material etc..and it was that "gee what a small world" feeling I got at the serendipity of the event seeing as I had just found DBIS and now the guy who started it was sitting right across from me in my office...or was it the more philosophical thing I have come to believe in over the years and now more firmly in my elder years that there are no coincidences per se and that each life is a spiritual journey, the intertwining being somewhat either predetermined or in anyways integral to the path(s) we lead. In any event I have been lucky to meet so many of the people here in my travels and over phone conversations, private Emails etc..The early days of this message board were certainly on fire in the setting of the release of AFM and the subsequent musical tour and a cherished memory. As far as a birthday goes it certainly is a celebration of a wonderful point in time, new friendships which have remained to some extent over the years and the memories of those who have passed. I still stick my head in here every once in awhile. Love you guys. Eugene.
