I was happy to see Dan's email.  I've checked back in from time to time, but TBH the amount of my life I spend on music and D vs R politics (especially politics) has reduced a lot over the last few years so I don't engage very often.

I certainly don't go back to the beginning here, but far enough that I was around for A Fine Mess and some of the other nuggets that have been posted music-wise.  There's music I never would have heard if it wasn't for folks like Al, Gene, Dan, and others (no offense to anyone I didn't name).

The greatest thing I can say about the DBIS is that I was heavily disciplined at my  last job for spending too much time on a website that set off all sorts of content triggers about political discussion.
