everything displays fine except on /board page.  It doesn't display correctly in two browsers.  It's been going on for several months.

Checking Firefox now - guess I'll be using Firefox to visit DBIS, /board displays fine logged out and logged in.  Go figure, it's not remotely the latest update (I rarely use it anymore).
