So, Trump, the corrupt Florida Judge Cannon, and Trump's company through the state of New York all got a giant smack down in the last couple of days.

Trump's handpicked special master, Judge Raymond Dearie, told Trump's lawyers that if they were not going to make a claim that Trump declassified the materials and therefore was saying he owned them, then he was not even going to look at the documents and he would just return them to the government that provided loads of evidence that they were classified and they owned them. In the midst of that, he basically pondered how this all got in front of him and what the hell Judge Cannon thought she was doing even appointing him to this job, as there was no legal basis for it.

Next the 11th Circuit court's three judges (two that were appointed by Trump) wrote what was basically a "Who is this moron Judge Cannon?" decision stating the Justice Department had won its appeal and the classified documents were being returned to them, the rightful owners of the documents, and that it was ridiculous that this got in front of them because Judge Cannon must have made a huge "error" and did not understand the classification process, what executive privilege is, the dangers of having classified materials stolen by Trump, the dangers to the public she caused, the fact that she did not have the jurisdiction to make the rulings she did, that those rulings had nothing to do with the law, that you can't declare in a court of law that Trump should get special consideration because he was a former president, that what Cannon ruled was destructive to our entire legal system because she was implying that if people are charged with a crime they should be allowed to challenge that by claiming you can't indict or convict them because "it might harm their reputation."

On top of this they asked how this appeal even happened and why Cannon took the documents away from the Justice Department because NOWHERE HAD TRUMP AND HIS LAWYERS MADE ANY CLAIM THAT TRUMP DECLASSIFIED THEM OR HAD ANY OWNERSHIP CLAIM ON THEM. In other words, why did Judge Cannon make all this take place when Trump's lawyers never claimed Trump declassified anything nor that he owned the documents.

As a result of this the special master, Judge Dearie, no longer needs to worry about making any judgement on the classified documents because they have now been returned to the Justice Department. 

So, essentially 4 federal judges asked what in the hell is wrong with Trump, his lawyers, and Judge Cannon. This means that the investigation into Trump stealing these documents moves forward and he is going to get charged and likely convicted of, at the very least, obstruction. 

Then making Trump 0-3 in court over the last few days, well, the State of New York filed suit against Trump, Don Jr., Ivanka, and Eric looking for damages in the amount of $250 million bucks and banning all of them from ever running a business in New York again for defrauding banks, insurance companies, and the state while referring criminal charges to the federal government.

This could very likely be the end of The Trump Organization and the legal experts claim Trump can't go to trial for this because of the mountain of evidence against him and his kids and the fact that all he and Don Jr did in this case was plead the fifth over and over again, means they would end up being found guilty in a heartbeat...hence he will now need to beg the New York AG to allow them to cut some sort of deal. She holds all the cards.

So, we now sit at that point where Trump is in deep legal peril, New York has brought charges against him, the Justice Department appears that they are going to charge him, and of course the state of Georgia appears to be going to charge him. 

In a moment of total hilarity Trump went on FOX last night and claimed he could declassify documents just by thinking they were declassified in his head. Panic is now overwhelming him.

All good stuff in bringing Trump to justice but we have that little issue of 13 million of his followers spread out across the country that want to kill people once they realize their hero has been charged with crimes. 

Let's hope these people come to their senses and do not harm anybody.
