Well, I do think it is a smaller percentage of the population that enjoy or are suited to long form conversations. When it comes to topics like politics, I think that number falls off a cliff, in part because people feel so beat up by politics and essentially a good portion of the population has been conditioned to dismiss and ignore someone that does not agree with them on the topic.

I mean, when things happen, I would love to hear someone like Pat or Marc tell me what they thought of the situation, and to have a back and forth where I can ask some questions but I think for the most part, they have already dismissed me and my thoughts.

So, no conversation will take place there. Hey, what do they think of the insane infighting with the Republicans now? They are burning their own party to the ground fighting over electing a speaker which they will only do if the speaker position is rendered meaningless. Crazy, but showing that they are more concerned with themselves than the country or the people in it.

I mean we could discuss it here but chances are we all feel about the same about it. It would get interesting to hear from someone that actually supports these nutjobs. My take is meaningless. Someone that voted for a Boebert or Jordan or Greene or someone that actually likes what they are doing would be interesting to hear from.
