when my girls discover the music I like and enjoy and have grown up within their own entertainment. 

My youngest is fond of the new Batman movie and became quite enamored with Nirvana's Something In The Way which is featured in that movie.

Another part that is amusing is when I overhear music and tell them who is performing the song and get the response of "YOU know that song?!?"

When we watched Stranger Things together I shocked them by being able to identify so many of the musicians and songs used in that series.  So things like that are very enjoyable.
