Interesting points, Dan.  I didn't address the election in what I wrote because the current proposed charges are not about that.  I do remember him specifically mentioning a "peaceful protest" on January 6th, but like many, I found that a bit disingenuous.  Still, I'll be in a trial, that specific comment might get him off if it were to go to a jury.

In terms of him being criminal, including the accused knowledge of campaign money going to Stormy Daniels, I am inclined to agree.   Pat claims charges haven't yet "stuck."  Well, we'll see.  But none of that has anything to do with Joe Biden.  The accusations about Biden taking kickbacks from business deals done by his son (essentially "pay for access" to the US government) are very likely real.  And yes, this comes from Democrats, who I won't name here.  But I could.  No, it's not from Nat. Parks Director.  This comes from college acquaintances at Yale.
