After all these years of this exceptional fan site, I still get a hell of a feeling when David Baerwald reads and replies to something I post.  That is such a thrill and how can one not feel good about it?

I mean, since 1986 this artist and his peers have entertained me to this day.  I don't think any of us that have been sincere fans of this man and what he can do can ever express just how much we have received from his words and music and the impact they have had on us.  This includes the memories that have been associated with specific songs and the breadth of the offerings. 

Anyway, I thought I'd just add this in a brief respite from the downward spiral of what we call America.

Now, Mick will say what a shameless suck-up this is, but to that I say, piss off brother, you incorrectly labeled a 'non-petulant' contributor - shit, if anyone is the epitome of 'petulant' it is this cantankerous Irish poster (with a wonderfully thick skin).
