To be quite honest...I have no idea what David wants to do about this. I'm sure you're not the only person with this question. My best guess would be to do this - if David ships the CDs first class (about $2) that would make the actual cost of the disc $18. So, take that $18 dollar figure and add to that the price of postage of a CD from the US to your country. What that price is, I really couldn't say. Maybe some one else could enlighten us on this. Anyone......
