Hi all: Since several of you have written to me in the past, asking about the music of David Baerwald's late collaborator Kevin Gilbert, I thought I'd bring you news tonight that as of high noon this saturday (oct. 9, Pacific Time) there will be TWO new cd's of Kevin Gilbert offered for sale at the official KG website, www.kevingilbert.com These will be: "Thud--Live" and "Giraffe--Giraffe." Perhaps the best news of all is that the long-awaited KG Rock opera, "The Shaming of the True," will also be available there, ETA: November 1. I was kinda wondering whether David Baerwald might take this occasion to say a few words about Mr. Gilbert, though I know he's busy with the upcoming release. For fans of both KG and DB, this looks to be an amazing month!
