I would say that David shouldn't have a problem shipping to Canada as the postage is nearly identical to US rates. But, I am not David nor do I speak for him. As far as I know, though, the CD will not be showing up in any music store. Again, though, I do not know for sure. I would say that everyone's best bet is just to relax and wait for the CDs to be finished. Then I'm sure, David will announce some sort of plan for people outside the US who are interested in getting this set. As Jeff Wells posted, they are almost complete...so it shouldn't be very much longer.
