Well...this really is A Fine Mess...I can't believe there is a site devoted to Mr. Baerwald and his work. It's good to know that the people that put this site together inspired David to get up and put together this new collection of songs. I have the "Hurly Burly" soundtrack which has a couple of the tracks from "A Fine Mess" on it and if they are indicative of the rest of the set it should be great. I have been listening to David's work since "Boomtown" and have collected his other records along the way. I even got to see a David Baerwald concert at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston when he was touring for "Bedtime Stories" I believe. It was great and he closed the show with a raucous version of "The Pusher" that nearly knocked the building down. I'm looking forward to hearing "A Fine Mess" and I hope David keeps howling at the moon and banging on his guitar.
Thanks, Reg
