In response to me revisiting another unreleased DB track (Hooray for Love) David posted some lyrics to a song from the movie Basmati Blues. The song in question Love Don't Knock At My Door (I'll post the lyrics again soon along with a video clip) is credited to The Shyboys. The Shyboys are David and another fellow named Rick Boston. Rick's a fantastic guitarist and singer who has not only played in his own band (check out Low Pop Suicide) and solo but has also graced albums from Rickie Lee Jones and Alice Cooper among others. It seems this duo worked as The Shyboys from around 2013 (the release of Smile from the 2013 movie Homeland) to at least 2018 where the band is mentioned in an article on Rick. These two tracks are completely different in tone and power - but thankfully another Shyboy track has surfaced that breaks the tie - Freeride. Another hard driving guitar track with DB's Triage era vocals on board. Rick posted this on youtube in 2014.
