DEXTER GOES TO WASHINGTON D.C.: "Three Scales of Justice"

Teaser:
Dexter stands before the Capitol Building, musing, "Three politicians, three secrets. But will all three scales balance?"

Act 1:
Dexter's seminar in D.C. introduces him to whispers about three influential politicians: Senator Redwood, Congresswoman Martinez, and Councilman Greene. Rumors abound about their deep-seated corruption, yet they've remained untouched by the law.

Act 2:
Dexter's investigation reveals:

  1. Senator Redwood is embroiled in illegal arms deals.
  2. Congresswoman Martinez has been siphoning off funds from public projects.
  3. Councilman Greene is deeply connected to organized crime, ensuring their operations remain undisturbed.

Act 3:
Dexter tails each politician. He discovers their frequent visits to a secluded historic mansion in D.C., a place where politicians seek counsel and, occasionally, absolution.

Act 4:
Dexter confronts each politician:

  1. Senator Redwood: Dexter corners him in his apartment. Redwood tries to justify his actions, claiming it's for "national security." Dexter, unconvinced, decides Redwood's crimes are too significant to go unpunished. He incapacitates Redwood.

  2. Congresswoman Martinez: In her office, she admits her guilt and shows genuine remorse. Dexter, sensing her regret, gives her an ultimatum: come clean publicly or face the consequences.

  3. Councilman Greene: At a private club, Greene is arrogant and unrepentant. Dexter determines that Greene is beyond redemption.

Act 5:
Dexter prepares his kill room in an abandoned D.C. warehouse. Senator Redwood is on Dexter's table, bound and terrified. As Dexter confronts him with evidence of his crimes, Redwood pleads and bargains. But Dexter, seeing the depth of Redwood's corruption and the harm it's caused, delivers his form of justice.

Meanwhile, The Arbiter from the mansion learns of Dexter's actions and confronts him post-kill. They have a tense exchange about the nature of justice, with The Arbiter warning Dexter about the consequences of his actions in the heart of the nation's capital.

Epilogue:
News breaks about the politicians. Redwood's mysterious disappearance becomes a major story, Martinez holds a press conference admitting her mistakes and resigns, and Greene is arrested based on anonymous tips. Dexter returns to Miami, reflecting on the weight of his actions and the blurred lines between justice and vengeance.
