And I can't wait to dig in. Came very wonderfully packaged and the postwomen brought it right to my door, because the box it was in was too large to fit in my mailbox. The title on and in the book just reads "Friendly China" which gives the impression this is going to be a wonderful read. Thanks so much, David, for bringing this to my attention. I'm still curious as to how you discovered it.
I'm off to my first Christmas celebration of the weekend. Then two more, then a birthday party, and for the first time in 50 something years, I have been invited to a Boxing Day party. I'll have to ask Mick for tips on how to properly offend Brits at a Boxing Day party...he must have some advice.
