Let me preface this folks, before any of you turn into juvenile bastards and drag us down, Peter is straight, as in hetrosexual, where I'm just the opposite, and heck that's just fine by me. You see, Peter and I are of the same democratic folk and we love David's music., (just like the lyrics and idiolgy of David and his songwriting, we get along.)

Now before I alienate a dozen or so from this board, what the feck is up with your obsession with bush jr.? How does David's music and words relate to support of such a human being? I hear of numerous exKKKamples of progressive rock and heavy metal artist(s)? But then again, I think of David's lyrics and music, and I see no connection?

Yes, I do understand that we all listen to different music genre's and styles, and that's all fine!

BUT GUESS WHAT?

I still hate bush jr. and hate your music, and you may hat my politics and music,

But I'm, willing to give it a chance and a whole-hearted listen.

Guess what else?

 I love the liberal democracy we live in and let's hope we stop bush jr. from fecking it up more than he allrady has tried!

Now back to why I'm repling to a post by Peter on this board?, through David's music and this s I'ver ignored a great american singer/songwriter. Peter turned me on to to  the words and music of Bruce Springsteen. Before this board, I hated him! We learned that we had an apreciation of Paul Kelly (You have no idea how mbrilliant he is! come to think of it, he's beyond brilliant!) and the Jam (even though Peter wasn't a fan of Paul solo) we exchanged numerous CDR'S and info. I will forever embrace the relationship we have had because of this board (sorry if I'm embarassing you, Peter!) and hopefully will exchange ideas and music in the future.

So why am I going on and on about Paul Kelly and Paul Weller and being a Demo and trading with Peter?

Well, being a liberal demo, led me to believe that David was going to introduce new music to us liberal-minded music soon.

Just kidd'in, judg'in from some folk on this board, (you don't have to be a demo!)

So why all this ramb'lin, it has nothing to do with Christopher Guest.

I'm more than willing to give up my magazine/newspaper collection of David and an autographed promo folder/package of Triage to keep this messageboard alive, open , fresh and honest!

Basically, I've gotten more from David and y'all over the past year +, than any other website of any artist, politician, etc. and heck, I would be willing to pay, in order to keep my subscribtion going!!!
