Somebody else said that I had to make sure I went to the Portrait Gallery. I completely forgot about the Vietnam Memorial and that's what I've wanted to see forever. Around 1973, I got a POW/MIA bracelet and I checked every list of Vietnam POWs that came home except that I missed one list. I never saw the name of my POW, so was sure that mine was on the list that I missed and that he was alive and made it home. Several years later, I wrote to the Dept of Veterans' Affairs or something and was able to find out that my POW, Major Greg Hartness, died in Vietnam. They were going to contact his family so I could send them his bracelet but I never heard from them. ANYWAY, I've always wanted to find his name on the Wall. The Holocaust Museum and the African American Museum too I think will be good to go to. I don't think I'll have enough time to see everything I want to see!!

That guitar should pull Mick back. It looks pretty cool. Maybe I'll take a picture of it and if he comes back I can send the picture to him. Thanks for all of the great ideas. I'm getting really excited about my trip.
