I also think the aid to Israel was set up to not even go through Biden but through the Department of Defense. There may very well have been a way for Biden to have stopped that money or material but because it had been passed by Congress YEARS ago, I don't know that for sure. The current President of the United States cannot just undo things that a previous Congress passed and the current President doesn't want to happen. Oh, that it were that simple.
