This was not Biden's best performance. I saw him in person just a couple of months ago and seriously stood within 10 feet of him and he did very well. Unfortunately, from the get-go, I could tell from his hoarse voice we were not going to see a strong performance.

The thing is that there is not time to select a new candidate. Many states have deadlines, which have ALREADY passed, to get candidates put on the ballot. We might not have the luxury of having the perfect candidate this time. Have we ever????? Biden has gotten so much done for this country and one debate performance should not negate that accomplishment

Again, I will share the idea that I once heard that either John Lewis or MLK said. If you want to get to a certain destination, but none of the buses go to that destination, you get on the bus that gets you CLOSEST to the destination. Right now, that bus is Biden.
