I've been quiet of late. Welcomed a new granddaughter on 27th May and have spent since then 400 km away from the farm helping out with her and her toddler brother who will be 2 on Sunday. I will be 60 on the same day.

Researching the stories behind the items we display in our museum and finding out about the lives of their former owners. This sometimes leads to connections with living descendants which are uplifting and informative.
Having visitors come to the museum and engaging in great two way conversations about the displays and life in general over morning or afternoon tea.
Listening to music and avoiding the news. We are off to see Eskimo Joe perform at the Albany Entertainment Centre tonight.
Appreciating how good our lives are in comparison with those of so many others around the world.
