So, this guy Zev Shalev is journalist based in Canada that has been doing a lot of interesting reporting. He is now live, appears to be drugged, I believe what he is saying is someone has slipped him some sort of mickey, and he believes that due to his reporting people are now coming to get him. He is broadcasting live from his studio with a live camara shot of his apartment because he thinks someone is in there or going to be in there shortly:
