I can't recommend Shrinking on AppleTV enough.  I am biased because Jason Segel reminds me of one of my departed close friends (he physically resembles him and has some of the same mannerisms), but the writing and dialog in this show can be exceptional.

Sometimes some lines just sparkle in depth while being almost simple in structure.

The last episode of Season 2 is about to air.  Give this show a look and a chance.
