Just to let everyone know I am current high bidder on Ebay ONLY because I am in Canada.I would prefer to buy direct but the logistics of driving 3 hours to the US, finding a post office and making arrangements is a little daunting.
If someone would be willing to arrange with me to buy a new copy and ship it via courier (with me covering all costs of course) I will retract the bid.
