Wilson has publicly blamed Rove, Bush’s top political adviser, for the leak. But he said Monday that he does not know whether Rove personally was the source of Novak’s information, only that he thought Rove had “condoned it.”

ROVE ‘WASN’T INVOLVED’

White House press secretary Scott McClellan denied the charge.
“He wasn’t involved,” he said of Rove. “The president knows he wasn’t involved. ... It’s simply not true.”

Sorry, I know you guys are going to get sick of me picking aprt these articles but I have to admit I find this statement to be incredibly odd. You, have to keep in mind here that if Rove was involved that's a direct connection to the president. Which leaves the obvious question of what George knew and when. To state so bluntly that "The president knows he wasn't involved" wreaks of panic and guilt. It also already  implys that the president knows something. Amazing how poorly this guy McClellan stated this. He pretty much implicates Bush.

I'm not that surprised though because panic seems to consume the White House right now. Putin just told Bush he could get lost and Bush now keeps babbling at every opportunity about "mass graves and men women and children getting raped"...ok George, we knew all that before hand but what about the WMD's..."We found mass graves and evidence of the rape of women and children and men."

Yes, we know...but you told the world there were WMD's there and the reports say there is nothing to back this up.

"There are mass graves and evidence they raped and killed women and children."

You know the thing here is that they knew all about the torture and the rape and the gassing of civilians for years. It's nice that you want to keep telling us about this evidence that we knew you'd find anyway but the fact is it's looking like you lied to the world. And now maybe leaked names of our own operatives who proved you wrong to the press.

What's that old saying..."Oh what a tangled web we weave..."
