Suggestion: I had an old Jerry Reed "Live!" album that I grew up listening to that I would have loved to have found on cd.  Obviously, since I doubt that would have ever happened, I paid someone in GA to transfer it onto cd-r for me ... the enire album.  You can find many people offering those types of services on the internet, and perhaps, even some kind folks out here in DB-world may be interested in helping you out too.
