Frankly, the more I think about what is going on, as like a few others, I am not as surprised where we have arrived.  I am still shocked at the ability of Americans to vote for a person as morally corrupt and humanely bankrupt as Trump, but each day, it becomes clearer to me.

Since especially the advent of hate radio and Rush Limbaugh, this path was starting to form and we missed it.  Globalization is also now speeding it forward, evidenced by the willingness of the wealthiest to climb on board the Trump Fascism Train.

Really, go back to the start of Manifest Destiny and American Exceptionalism and bring it forward to Limbaugh and the start of "White America" is coming to an end. Throw in the endless claim of white males becoming irrelevant (no matter how untrue) and soon, even their wives start believing it and still, in this day and age, who do most wives and significant others listen to when it comes to presidential voting? I'm not saying that is right, but it is factual.

Also, let's be honest, as a whole, American's are fucking chickenshits when it comes to doing the right thing. Look at all the truly serious issues we have faced over the last forty to fifty years and observe how many have been roads taken of the least resistance.  Both Iraq Wars were utter fabrications that Americans jumped whole hog on - yes, many bitched, but many more were all in, even when Iraq War II was criminally fabricated.  Look at how the US Sup Ct is completely ignoring the First Amendment and the separation of church and state.

Sadly, we Americans love to be like lemmings and follow those bullies just so they won't bully us. 

I mean, my goodness, look at our fucking media! All across the board, all mainstream media is in the Trump camp indicated by their behavior.

So folks, I'm telling you, we are headed more and more to a lane of White Nationalistic Tribalism where no white will want to be left behind and we whites have shown by historical evidence, we are just fine with following into the darkness when we feel it will benefit us.  And to me, this is exactly where we are headed.
