My first concert was Kansas (on the Leftoverture tour) opening for Queen (A Night at the Opera). I was 10, and on my own in the first city in the US to decriminalize marijuana. I have neve been the same, not that I have any inclination of what I was like before hitting double digits.
The best touring acts that I have seen in the last year or so: Cowboy Mouth, Chris Duarte, The Red Elvises. If I don't see live music at least twice a month I start listening way too closely to the dogs in the neighborhood.
